In Tivat - Porto Montenegro, new waterfront brand at 25.000€ a square meter

The Adriatic Marinas Porto Montenegro company from Tivat has started a promotional campaign and the sale of residential real estate in the new quarter of the Porto Montenegro resort.

The new neighborhood, which is under construction, is called Synchro Yards and features pre-sale prices of 25.000€ a square meter.

The neighborhood will be built in the western part of Porto Montenegro, on the stretch from Mulo 3 towards Seljanovo.

Preparation works on that part of the coast are already underway, and are being carried out by the company Briv Construction from Kotor.

Synchro Yards will feature a beach club with pools and lagoons, performance and event spaces, restaurants and luxury boutiques.

As announced by the management of Porto Montenegro, restored building of former shipyard will be at the heart of Synchro Yards, as an ode to the industrial heritage of the area.
