The house was first built in 1980 and was redesigned in 2004. The house is located in one of the most beautiful parts of the Kotor Bay, the place where is the most sunny days in one year. It is built of a Mediterranean-style stone and protected by UNESCO in Montenegro, with a total area of about 160 m2. It has two floors. On each floor there is two bedrooms apartments. Yard has about 100 m2 which is fenced with hand-carved stone and wrought iron railings. In front of the villa there is a small marina and a private beach. Also, the front of the villa is the jetty of 240 m2, which also offers 5 parking spaces. The marina is possible to anchor the boat up to 16 m in length. The villa itself was done by high-quality and expensive materials to blend in to the local environment and the architecture in this part of the Mediterranean.
