This authentic stone house is over 400 years old. Formerly it belonged to the captain's family Botrić. The renovations were careful as to preserve the appearance of the house so that the front door is made out of solid wood, identical to the former old door. Shutters are also made of wood with old restored brackets while the windows are aluminum. The total size of the house with the plot is 761 m2 of which 709 m2 makes the plot and the ground surface of the house is 52m2. It has 3 floors and a attic. It was completely renovated. Now it consists of two duplex apartments of 78 m2 each. The terraces are located on the other side of the house facing the plot and the mountain. The ground floor consists of a hallway, bathroom, and one big area where, by placement of installations, you can clearly see which part is left for kitchen and dining room and which part for living room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms of which one large, double and two small-children's rooms. The second apartment is different only in that it has two bedrooms but bigger in size. It is possible to build a new building on the plot. It can consist of a Ground floor + 1 Floors + High Attic. The GBA is about 495 m2. There is parking area in front of the property as well as a small jetty.
